Samantha and John are a terrific couple. They both share Italian heritage, something very important to them and reflected at their wedding. We met nearly a year ago at Rancho Mirando for a romantic engagement session at the lavender fields for which Rancho Mirando is known. They even brought their “baby,” Luna! Their wedding day was too much for Luna to handle, but her presence was known by her tiny replication in their cake topped and on their custom gelato cups. Have you ever had lavender-infused gelato??!! It is AMAZING. Melody with One Fine Day Events did a terrific job. Their wedding was a traditional Catholic Mass in the same church where Samantha’s parents were wed. They honored their parents’ marriages by having their mothers’ wedding gowns on display at their reception! The Oh So Good band kept everyone rocking on the dance floor all night long. Their families celebrated with them by doing a traditional folk dance, the tarantella around the happy couple.
