Howdy! I'm Rachael. I was born and raised in south Georgia, a die-hard Bull Dawg fan and grammar snob. In 2023 I celebrated living in Texas 20 years. I read about 50 books a year. Since I got my library card, I have saved myself thousands of dollars. I'm a proud mama of a University of Texas graduate (Hook 'em!) and happy wife since 2007 to a wicked-smart software engineer who graduated from GA Tech (yes--a house divided). I have been blessed since 2021 to have the world's best son-in-law. I am a Casual CrossFitter, addicted to pickleball, and love to travel.

Since 2010 I have photographed weddings, engagements, birthday parties, anniversaries, b'nai mitzvahs, quinceaneras, galas, fundraisers, happy hours, holiday parties, corporate events, non-profits, adoptions, golf tournaments, 5K runs, real estate, food, awards ceremonies, SXSW panels, prom portraits, family and maternity portraits, senior portraits and dogs. Besides delivering amazing photos, I pride myself on how I serve my clients and colleagues, working as hard as I can to make every event wildly successful for everyone.

Previously, I worked as the entire media department for an international faith-based non-profit org based in New Braunfels, Texas. I've traveled to London, Spain, Romania, Italy, Morocco, Burundi, Turkey, Russia, China, Cambodia, Mexico, the Bahamas and Jamaica. Istanbul and Granada are my favorite cities in the world. I love meeting new people, especially from other cultures, and hearing their stories.
