New Braunfels Portraits: Grace and Julie

Soon I will blog Amber and Trevin’s wedding. It was so sweet. And simple. My two favorite adjectives.

Ok! Grace is my BFF and we’ve known each other literally since I was three days old (we were born three days apart). We grew up together in south GA and both moved here to work for World Indigenous Missions (she 18 months before I did). It was crazy, once again living next door to each other 1,000 miles away from our hometown. God does crazy things. Grace is a SCUBA instructor, personal trainer, swim instructor, kayaker, rock climber, sky diver, dog lover and pretty much loves anything that makes me want to puke from fright. Did I mention she loves Jesus? Guys, pay attention. You will not find another girl like this!

Couple of days later, I went downtown to play with Traci and Kellie of Anne Marie Photography and a few other girls. We had the lovely Julie of J Meridian model for us. She was so great! I learned so much.

These aren’t even full portrait sessions, either one, but it’s what I’ve been doing. I’ve nearly got Hannah done with her driver’s license; all we lack is her driving test which happens the Friday before school starts. She’s registered for AP calculus and Physics this year. How nuts is that. I have a genius kid. Must be from her dad.
