Wildflower season is here! Brushy Creek Lake Park is my favorite place for stunning family and children portraits.
We met early on a Saturday morning to capture these fun family photos. This beautiful family is growing! And we needed to update their family portraits to include their newest member. Do you have a family pet? Bring him! I love incorporating doggies with their families to create lasting memories. Pro Tip: keep your pet leashed for his safety and have water and snacks on hand to reward him for good behavior. (And don’t forget your poop bag.)
There were so many fun moments during our morning session, and I love each person’s unique personality. I always encourage families to let their personalities shine, and don’t worry about being “picture perfect.” Outdoor photography means you are dealing with wind, humidity, lighting that can change in a moment, and of course, other people enjoying the area if you’re in a public space. No worries! Just relax and enjoy being together, and I’ll handle the rest! I’m always happy to help suggest outfits and help arrange you to look your best while being photographed.
