Larkin and Bradley’s Citrus Inspired Spring Wedding at SouthWest School of Art | San Antonio Wedding Photography

I am in love with brunch weddings! I feel like this is really becoming a trend for weddings in 2016 and hopefully 2017. Larkin and Bradley picked a beautiful, bright Sunday morning in June for their wedding. The details were so fun and cheerful:lemons and limes inspired the color theme and it was such fun. Towers of pale lemon and lime macaroons, colorful striped straws for the guests to sip beverages while listening to the mariachi band. A custom cigar bar for the gents (and ladies!). For the reception, guests enjoyed a sumptuous breakfast of chicken and waffles, quiche, fruit and bloody marys. Delicious! It really makes me want to get married again. Southwest School is my favorite San Antonio wedding venue. It’s got such style and embodies so much of what San Antonio has to offer. You can’t beat mariachis, cool guayaberas and linen pants, and a rose petal exit down the aisle. Maureen with Elegant Events did a bang up job. Larkin and Bradley made their happily ever after departure in a San Antonio river boat. It was such a pleasure to be a part of this couple’s day! Congratulations Larkin and Bradley! Thank you to Erica Sofet for assisting me.

The morning light really made for some lovely getting ready shots of Larkin with her sweet mom.We quickly set up for a First Look in the courtyard before guests began to arrive. Larkin was so full of joy; it was so fun to photograph her. Both bride and groom walked down the aisle with their parents. Both sisters were bridesmaids. A sweet and simple family affair!
