I have been busy assisting a lot of Austin photographers with their weddings this past year. It’s been extremely rewarding: Austin photographers are the best! They have a great sense of community and friendship. Francis Joseph is one of the very talented people with whom I have worked. He asked me to photograph this sweet pink and gold-themed wedding at The Lodge at Bridal Veil Falls last August. Yes, it was hot! But the venue is wonderfully air-conditioned and has very thoughtful suites just for family to hang out before the ceremony. Here are a few of my favorite images from that day, and you’ll see that more than one really captured the bride’s love for her daddy.
