I have been a member of ILEA Austin for four years now. It has been the best method, hands down, of networking and building solid relationships with Austin’s best wedding and events industry professionals. Each month our chapter hosts a Day of Education, and I took part in photographing our February meeting along with Andy Sams. Cindy Lo, CEO and owner of Red Velvet Events, a global DMC company, was keynote speaker, giving us great insights into lessons learned from her new book, Behind the Red Velvet Curtain. Texas Blooms provided florals; Premiere Events provided rentals, and our awesome doughnut wall by The Cupcake Bar.
