Laura and David had an elegant wedding in their home church of St. George Episcopal Church with a glamorous reception at The Club at Sonterra. Gorgeous colors: navy blue, bright fuschia, men in tuxedos, you gotta love it. These guy were so cute to me! She is 5’3″; he is 6’3″! Her shocking fuschia heels helped a little bit, but throughout the day I just delighted over David hovering around his tiny little bride. He was so enthralled with her, and she was like a kid at Christmas. She was literally bouncing with excitement during the ceremony.

We did a quick First Look before the ceremony. I just love this series as they both turned around to see one another.Krissy always get the sweetest, intimate shots. I love having two photographers present to capture completely different views of a moment.Stealing a moment in the limo before we headed off to the club.I love The Club at Sonterra! It is so beautiful, just a wonderful place for a reception. The lovely Miranda from Events by Reese did a great job–as a brand new Longhorn mom, I especially liked the ice sculpture on display! Ryan Schroeder from Four Star Entertainment is a terrific DJ (and lemme tell ya, I’ve seen some horrible ones, this is one thing you DON’T want to leave to chance). David is a firefighter, so the groom’s cake was awesome.Congratulations, Mr. and Mrs. Lieck! I hope you live happily ever after. <3
