Meredith and Craig had a sweet fall wedding at Lake Buchanan this past fall. Craig has three awesome kids, and they were so fun to photograph. They were so excited for their dad! I especially loved the dynamics of getting ready photos because they were a part of it. Another favorite moment: Meredith’s father coming in to see her for the first time. We were running a bit behind, but I encouraged Meredith to just sit with both of her parents for a minute, and relax, and take in the feeling of this “last” moment with her before she walked down the aisle. There was lots of laughter, and happy tears. Yes, it was a directed moment, but it inspired and enabled real emotions and photographs they will always treasure. Friends and family enjoyed a laid back, relaxed wedding at the water front and great barbeque for dinner while kicking it on the dance floor. Congratulations, Craig and Meredith! It was a pleasure being a part of your wedding day.
