Phoebe is my sister’s brand new one year old Frenchie rescue. Jenna had another Frenchie, Paige, for ten years. Sadly, Paige passed away this spring. She had lived a good old life.
Jenna has a contact in Oklahoma who takes in and fosters Frenchies and then finds them good homes. It didn’t take long for Phoebe to pop up on Jenna’s radar. Only a year old, already spayed and never bred, Phoebe just needed a good home. It was love at first sight.
We went out early in the morning to Brushy Creek Lake Park for some inaugural spring portraits of Phoebe. Jenna has portraits of Paige in her house I’d taken over the years, and of course we need some of the new baby. Phoebe was obsessed with all the flowers and grasses and smells. What a sweet potato. She is such a happy doggie. Welcome to Texas, Pheebs!
