I ran into Tina of the Traveling Photo Booth at an open house at Chateau Bellevue this summer. She told me about her company’s seventh anniversary coming up, and how they were celebrating at Articulture Designs on Manchaca. I was excited to be a part of it; she brought Gulf Restoration Network in from Louisiana, because Austin folks love to give to a good cause! There were tons of vendors participating to make it the chillest, happiest event on a breezy, relaxed Sunday evening. Christy with CakesRock! provided a phenomenal birthday cake while Tacos and Tequila provided tasty food for guests. DJ Nathan spun beats as guests played corn hole, had a tarot card reading, sipped wine provided by Elevate Bar Tending and jumped in the Traveling Photo Booth for fun photos. It was great meeting Dante and his wife, Monique, the creative duo behind Articulture Designs. You HAVE to check this place out! Not only is it an amazing, creative place to shop for “green” gifts, but it is a beautiful zero-waste event facility. Weddings, corporate events, you name it! They are dedicated to providing a quality experience with minimum environmental impact.
Happy Birthday, Traveling Photo Booth! Thank you for spotlighting such a cool venue and choosing to not only show love to the Austin events industry, but also this speck in the universe we all call home.
