Bonnie and Fernando’s Kendall Plantation, Boerne Wedding | Boerne Wedding Photography

Bonnie and Fernando are the coolest couple. I met them through the fabulous Natalie with Country Sugar Events. They are both attorneys working in San Antonio. We did their engagement session back in May. They’re so much fun! Both graduated from the University of Texas at Austin–Hook ‘Em!!–and you could see their affection for their alma mater in their wedding–the groom’s cake was the UT clock tower, and Bonnie’s decor was a radiant combination of navy blue and orange. Kendall Plantation is a lovely, lovely place for a wedding. Very southern in feel, and provides a grand, formal atmosphere combined with the beauty of south Texas landscape. Bonnie and Fernando’s family and friends had a wonderful celebration with them, from emotional toasts to the UT fight song and wrapping up the night with mariachis. The funniest part was Fernando lip-syncing “Bye Bye Bye” to Bonnie during their reception. Apparently he’s known to do that song by N’ Sync well! It was a crowd-pleaser. It was a fun party and I was honored to be a part of it. Congratulations, Bonnie and Fernando!
